Did I mention this is a home based studio? Yes indeed, what you are looking at here is my garage which functions as the live room and a bedroom which is situated over the garage and functions as the control room. (You should have seen us getting that console installed!) It's home, so there's a living room, kitchen and bathroom available.
BTW, that API console you see spent it's first years at A&M Records. It was Herb Alpert's console in his private studio at the legendary label.
The live room has been tweeked and tuned until it is sounding very nice these days. It features wood floors and natural wood diffusion. (Toss Panos claims he got his best drum sound of 2011 here!)
